Set in the bustling bylanes of Lucknow's Chowk Market, 'Rampher ki Kulfi' tells the story of Prakash, a frustrated kulfi vendor whose livelihood is threatened by the inexplicable popularity of Rampher, an elderly and reclusive rival kulfi maker.
