Film Synopsis

Dr. Homi, one of the few surviving Zoroastrians in the world, is wealthy but childless, his only kin an estranged nephew, Jamshed. Into the emptiness of his vast mansion comes Lali, his young caregiver and cook, who brings the warmth of a home through her tender devotion. The film is a gentle, bittersweet portrait of an unlikely bond across generations and the quiet ways in which human care fills the spaces left by distance and loss.
