Film Synopsis

Set against the streets and buses of Rohtak, 'Taal Mel' follows a group of teenage boys who play tambourine to earn money for themselves and their families. Through their musical journeys, they encounter hundreds of strangers whose reactions reflect differing opinions about their age, poverty, and social place. The film examines the tension between music as expression and the harsh social realities the boys navigate daily.
