Film Synopsis

Better Man' is an animated documentary exploring the world of bodybuilding and the relationship fitness-focused men have with their own bodies. Through interviews drawing on journalistic techniques, the film presents three men who use exercise to cope with inner traumas that have led to low self-esteem. The film examines what drives the pursuit of physical transformation and what emotional needs it attempts to address.
