Abhivyanjana enters the world of performers who embody lions, monkeys, and gods in India's folk tradition — a vibrant but increasingly marginalised art form that exists in the shadow of more celebrated classical dance. The film examines how these artists practice and sustain their craft, and what is quietly lost when a form of expression is deemed secondary by the culture it once served.
