Film Synopsis

Twin sisters Emilija and Ona have spent their entire lives in a rent-controlled loft in Williamsburg, Brooklyn - the same space their Lithuanian mother, an artist and dancer, made her home in the 1970s. After her sudden death, the two women face eviction from a neighbourhood they no longer recognise. A Woman's Place is Everywhere traces grief, memory, sisterhood, and new beginnings against an ever-shifting New York City.
