Film Synopsis

Alma sets out to build a perfect family on the ruins of her own broken one, inviting her new partner, two decades her senior, to a Shabbat dinner at her mother's home. But her father has other intentions and arrives determined to destroy what she has built. The film is a tense domestic portrait of old wounds, new beginnings, and the way family history refuses to stay in the past.
