3. SWISS- INDIA Film Bridge : A special package of films reflecting the sociocultural and political issues of the country.

North –East Package of Films : This package comprises documentaries made i9n northern eastern part of India on various aspects of life and socio-cultural milieu of the people of the region.

Immigration Issues – A special package of documentaries produced by Pieter van Huystee, Netherland and Jury Member for the M.I.F.F. on Immigration Issues.

Films on Environment : An exclusive package of documentaries on ecology and environmental issues.

CMS Vatavaran Panorama On Climate Change : This package of documentaries elaborate the changes in the statistical distribution of weather and global warming occur across the whole Earth.

Celebrating Gender Equality – Films On Women’s Issues : A special package of ten documentaries illustrating the various issues concerning women.

Persistence Resistance – Films from Magic Lantern Foundation : This special package of documentaries will bring the audience and matters of the films closer together in a common space.

Cinema Legends : This section shows biographical films made on great film makers of India and film personalities like Dada Saheb Phalke, Bhalji Pendharkar, Sukhdev, Styajit Ray, Adoor Gopalakrishnan, G. Arvindan, Hrishikesh Mukherjee, B. N. Sirkar, Nargis, Smita Patil, K. L. Sehgal, Md. Rafi, Manna De and many more.

Films From Film Schools : A package of documentaries and short films on a gamut of topics made by the students of L.V.Prasad Film Institute, Chennai, National Institute of Design – Ahmedabad and Satyajit Ray Film &Television Institute of India, Kolkata

Puppet Films : This section shows the puppet animation films made by well known puppet filmmaker Sanjit Ghosh.

Science Fiction Films : A bouquet of films on science fiction depicting the extra terrestrial life and Alien world will be screened.

Treasure from N.F.A.I : A special package of films made by the stalwarts of Indian cinema like Dada Saheb Phalke, Bimal Roy, V. Shantaram, Satyajit Ray, Ritwik Ghatak, Shyam Benegal, Adoor Gopalakrishnan, Mrinal Sen, Mani Kaul etc. NFAI also arranged a special screening “Magic Lantern” and poster exhibition..
